Children who are birth through five years of age are invited to a screening for development, vision, hearing, dental, immunizations and nutrition.
Kindergarten registration for children who will be five before Sept. 1, 2013: birth certificate, immunization records
Head Start registration: birth certificate, immunization record, last 12 months of income, Medicaid or insurance cards.
All other children: immunization record
Child Find screenings are conducted to identify students who might be in need of early intervention services. Comprehensive screenings provide valuable information to our school and families regarding the developmental needs of children. Free developmental screenings are provided to help locate, identify, and evaluate children with developmental delays or disabilities.
